Official and free: Shopify and WooCommerce
Shopify’s connector and WooCommerce’s MCP come from the platform itself, at no extra cost, and reach parts of the store Epinium does not, such as collections, pages and menus on Shopify or order status on WooCommerce. If all you need is to edit one store from the chat, start there.
Channels we do not write: Klaviyo, Meta, Gorgias
Klaviyo drafts and sends email campaigns, Meta creates and edits ads, Gorgias answers tickets and creates rules. Epinium writes to your store and to Amazon Ads, not to email, Meta, Google or your helpdesk.

WooCommerce MCP
WooCommerce’s own abilities over the official WordPress MCP Adapter (since WooCommerce 10.9): read, create, update and delete products, read orders, change their status and add notes. Products go to the bin unless deletion is forced. Ships with the store, which is free software.

Amazon Selling Partner plugin
Amazon’s own Seller Central plugin for Amazon Quick and Claude (beta, US stores only, launched on 23-Sep-2026): listings, inventory, performance and sales analytics, with actions such as price changes approved before they run. Advertising sits in a separate Amazon Ads MCP. No plugin fee announced; Professional selling plan required.

What is an ecommerce MCP?
An MCP (Model Context Protocol) server lets an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT read the data of a tool you use, and sometimes change it. In ecommerce there is one per tool: your store platform, Amazon, your email, your ads, your helpdesk, your profit dashboard. Each covers its own channel.
Is there an official Shopify or WooCommerce MCP?
Yes. Shopify publishes its own connector for Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants, which reads and edits products, prices, stock and discounts in one store at a time. WooCommerce ships abilities over the official WordPress MCP Adapter since version 10.9, to read and edit products and orders. Both come at no extra cost.
Which MCP sees my store and Amazon together?
From public docs on the dates shown, Epinium reads and writes your Shopify or WooCommerce store and Amazon (Seller, Vendor and Ads) in one MCP, with your P&L with product cost. Polar reads Shopify and Amazon together but is read-only. Shopify’s connector and WooCommerce’s MCP cover their own store only, and Amazon’s Selling Partner plugin covers Seller Central only.
Which ecommerce MCP shows profit with product cost?
Epinium reads your P&L per product with product cost, and you can set the cost from the chat. Triple Whale, Polar, Lifetimely and TrueProfit show profit or contribution margin, but their MCP docs do not say whether your product cost is part of it, and none of them can change anything.
