EPINIUM · LISTING SYNC CHECKER

Know if Amazon actually published your changes.

You optimise a title, bullets or a description in Seller/Vendor Central — and Amazon quietly ignores it, delays it for days, or rewrites it with its own AI. Epinium's Discrepancy Control compares your internal content field by field against the live public listing, so you catch exactly which products and which fields are out of sync.

WHAT IT CHECKS

Every SEO field, internal vs live

Discrepancy Control compares the content you keep in Seller/Vendor Central (what you want live) against what Amazon actually shows on the public product page (what buyers see) — and flags every gap.

Field-by-field comparison

Title, Item Highlights, bullet points and description are each compared internal ↔ public. Search terms are N/A — Amazon no longer exposes them publicly.

Per-product & per-field status

Synced, Discrepancy, Pending publish, or Unchecked — each field carries its own status and the worst field sets the product's overall state.

Word-by-word diff

Open any product to see a side-by-side internal ↔ public diff highlighting exactly which words differ, plus a one-click "See in store" link.

Amazon-aware rules

Active A+ content counts the description as synced (it's managed from A+, not plain text). Vendor descriptions are marked not-checkable because Amazon doesn't expose them.

Case eligibility (+72h)

Still in discrepancy and untouched by Amazon for 72h+? The listing is flagged ready to open a case — after 72h Amazon has had enough time to apply your change.

Filter by connection, market & field

Narrow by Amazon account, country/marketplace, ASIN/SKU search, or a specific field problem — and click the status tiles to filter instantly.

HOW IT WORKS

From silent drift to a case you can file

Epinium pulls both sides — your internal content and the live public listing — compares them, and turns unapplied changes into an actionable case file for Amazon.

Frequently asked questions

Which fields does it compare?

Title, Item Highlights, bullet points and description. Search terms are not compared — Amazon no longer exposes public search terms. The description has special cases: with active A+ content it counts as synced, and on Vendor accounts Amazon doesn't expose the public description, so it shows as not-checkable.

When is a product "ready to open a case"?

When it is still in discrepancy and its Amazon listing hasn't updated for more than 72 hours. Before that: under 24h Amazon may still be propagating the change, and 24–72h is a grace period.

What does the Excel export include?

Only eligible products (in discrepancy, 72h+) and only the fields in discrepancy, respecting your active table filters. ASINs are grouped up to 5 per case with current vs requested text. It's generated in the background and delivered by email and in Downloads.

Why do some products show "Unchecked"?

A product only gets a status once it has been analysed. Never-audited products stay Unchecked until Epinium collects and compares their internal and public data.
