SERVICES · ECOMMERCE MIGRATION

Change platform without losing rankings, orders or customers.

We migrate your online store from PrestaShop, WooCommerce or Magento to Shopify, or from PrestaShop to WooCommerce: catalog, customers and orders, a 301 redirect for every URL that changes and your SEO carried over. And if your store does not need to move, we tell you before we start.

WHO IT IS FOR

For stores that need to move house without starting from scratch

A platform that costs more to keep than to change

PrestaShop or Magento on an old version, modules nobody supports, a server someone has to watch and every update turned into a project.

Fear of losing the traffic you already have

Your store lives largely on Google and you know a badly done migration can wipe out years of rankings. You need every URL to have a destination.

Customers and orders you cannot leave behind

Customer accounts, order history, reviews and a catalog with variants. Rebuilding it by hand on the new platform is not an option.

WHAT WE MIGRATE

Six pieces, a store that stays where you left it

Before we start, the scope is closed and written down: which data, which URLs and which integrations move. Your project may need all of these pieces or only some.

Diagnosis and platform choice

We look at your catalog, your traffic, your integrations and what the store costs you to run, and tell you where it makes sense to go: Shopify, WooCommerce or staying where you are.

The whole catalog

Products, variants, categories, attributes, images and copy, cleaned along the way and checked against the original store before launch.

Customers and orders

Customer accounts, addresses and order history, when the scope includes them. Passwords usually cannot move between platforms, so we prepare the notice for each customer to activate their account.

URL map and 301 redirects

Before the switch we list your URLs that have traffic or links, and every address that changes gets a permanent redirect to its new page. No chains, and no sending everything to the home page.

SEO carried over

Titles, descriptions, product structured data, canonical tags and sitemap are moved or rebuilt, and the store stays readable for AI search such as ChatGPT or Gemini.

Integrations running again

ERP, stock, payment gateways, carriers and marketplace feeds reconnected on the new platform and tested before the first order comes in.

MIGRATE OR STAY

Do you really need to migrate? Sometimes you do not.

Migrating has a cost and a risk, and it does not always pay off. If your store works and what fails is speed, an old version or an integration, fixing it where it is usually comes out better, and we do that for PrestaShop and WooCommerce stores too. If what you want to move to a faster stack is the website and not the store, that is WordPress to Astro. In the diagnosis we tell you which case yours is.

HOW WE WORK

Four steps, and you can stop at the first

Step 1 · free

Diagnosis

A call about your current store, your traffic and your integrations. We tell you whether to migrate, to where, and what moves and what does not.

Step 2

Inventory and scope in writing

Which URLs, data and integrations move, what we need from you and a closed timeline. Before any invoice.

Step 3

Migration on an unpublished store

The new store is built and loaded with your real data without touching the current one, which keeps selling. You review catalog, customers, orders and redirects before the switch.

Step 4

Switch and follow-up

We publish in a window agreed with you, the redirects go live and we check indexing, errors and orders after the switch. Access and documentation in your name.

WHAT IT IS NOT

We migrate stores. We do not push you to migrate.

We do not migrate for the sake of it

If your store can be fixed where it is at lower cost and lower risk, we tell you in the diagnosis even if it costs us the project.

Not an account agency

We migrate and build the store. We do not run your ad campaigns or marketplace accounts with a human team: that is Roicos, the group’s sister agency, and we will tell you on the first call if that is what you need.

We do not promise rankings

We do everything that depends on us to keep your SEO, but nobody can guarantee Google leaves you exactly where you were, and we will not promise it.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What people ask before the first call

Can you migrate without losing SEO?

We protect what is in our hands. Before the switch we map your current URLs, and every address that changes gets a 301 redirect to the new one. Titles, descriptions, product structured data and the sitemap are moved or rebuilt. What we cannot do is promise that rankings stay exactly where they are: each platform has its own URL patterns (Shopify, for example, fixes the ones for products, collections and pages), so some addresses change, and search engines take time to settle. We check the redirects before launch and again after.

Are customers and orders moved?

Yes, when the scope includes them: customer accounts, addresses and order history. What usually cannot move are passwords, because each platform stores them its own way, so we prepare the notice for your customers to activate their account on the new store. We also check what happens with reviews, coupons and gift cards, which each platform handles differently.

Does my store stop selling during the migration?

No. The new store is built and tested separately while the current one keeps selling. Before publishing there is one last pass to bring over the orders and customers that came in meanwhile, and the switch is made in a window agreed with you.

Shopify or WooCommerce?

Shopify when you want to maintain as little as possible: hosting, security and checkout are Shopify’s job, in exchange for a monthly plan, apps with their own subscriptions and a fixed URL structure. WooCommerce when you already have a WordPress site you want to keep or need deep control of checkout and back end, in exchange for maintaining the server and updates yourself. We tell you with your store’s data, and the recommendation does not change with which project interests us more.

What if what I want to migrate is the website, not the store?

We do that too. If your corporate site or blog is on WordPress and slow, we can move it to a faster static stack keeping URLs and content: see WordPress to Astro. If you have a site and a store, in the diagnosis we look at whether to move them together or separately.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

It depends on the scope: catalog size, how many customers and orders move, languages and integrations. That is why we do not publish standard rates or timelines. The diagnosis is free and the scope, price and timeline come in writing before any invoice. The rest of what we do is in Services.

Tell us where you are coming from and where you want to go

A free diagnosis: one call, and we tell you whether to migrate, to which platform and what it would take not to lose what you already have. Sometimes the answer is “stay where you are”.
