Your CRM, answering in plain language.
We deploy a HubSpot MCP server on your infrastructure so your agents can read contacts, deals and pipeline, draft the follow-ups and update records — without exporting your CRM to anyone.
What our clients say
Four artifacts, not a slide deck
Everything is deployed on your side and stays yours — including the source.
A running MCP server
Connected to your HubSpot portal through the official API with scoped private-app credentials, deployed on your infrastructure.
The tool set your agents call
Contacts, companies, deals, pipelines and engagements on the read side; notes, tasks, properties and stage changes on the write side.
The approval gate
Writes are off by default. Anything that touches a customer record asks first, logs who approved it, and can be reverted.
A field map that survives your data
Custom properties, deal stages and the naming your team actually uses — mapped once, so the agent stops guessing.
Two weeks, in three steps
Private app, scopes and portal mapping. We connect read-only and answer your first real pipeline questions from your own data.
Tool set built against your custom properties and deal stages, tested on real records in a sandbox.
Writes enabled behind the approval gate, playbooks handed over, and a working session with sales and marketing.
Four things. If you have them, we start this week.
This is the whole list. We ask for it up front so nobody spends a meeting finding out the project cannot start.
- A HubSpot portal where someone can create a private app
- One person who knows your deal stages and custom properties
- Somewhere to deploy: your cloud, your VPS, or we use Cloudflare Workers
- A decision on which records an agent may write to, and which are read-only forever
It pays for itself within 10 months, or we keep working for free.
We agree on the numbers the accelerator has to move before we start, and we measure them against your own portal. If it has not paid for itself in ten months, we keep working on it at no extra cost until it does.
Questions we get before the first call
Does my customer data leave HubSpot?
Only to the AI client you choose, and only the records the scopes allow. The server runs on your infrastructure and we never proxy your CRM through us.
Can the agent email my customers?
Not unless you decide it can. Drafting and sending are separate permissions, and sending stays behind the approval gate by default.
What if we are thinking of leaving HubSpot?
Then this is the right first step either way. The same connector work is what makes a migration to an open source stack measurable instead of theoretical — that is a separate accelerator, and this one feeds it.
Which AI clients does it work with?
Any MCP client — Claude Desktop, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, or an agent you built yourself.
Want to see it against your own portal?
A free diagnosis: we look at how your CRM is actually structured, tell you what an agent could and could not do with it, and you decide from there.
